Medicbird Deploys Therapists To Support Covid19 Patients In Isolation

With the numerous days Covid19 Patients spend in isolation without accessibility to friends and family, it has become imperative to take good care of their mental and emotional well even recovering from the virus itself

A new telehealth company led by Ifelola Olaleye founded on June 29, 2019 has set up a fast growing medical professional platform which employs about 150 Nigerian licensed medical doctors. The therapist alongside other healthcare practitioners would offer free support to Covid19 patients from remote teleconference locations across Nigeria.

The therapy unit anchored by leading professionals would be available in English, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo languages. Another unit specifically dedicated to Children therapy would allow seasoned Child therapists to give emotional support to kids in isolation who are removed from friends and family.
